Tell us what's happened

A free call, about twenty minutes, no obligation. If you'd rather write it down than say it out loud, the form works just as well.

Send us a message

Only the first two fields are required. Answer as much or as little of the rest as you feel like — we'll ask the rest on the call.

If you'd rather we call than email.
Where the person lived. Procedures vary a little by county.
As much or as little as you want. Please don't include Social Security numbers or account numbers here.

We usually reply within one business day. Sending this doesn't create any professional relationship or obligation.

Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm Mountain. Leave a message outside those hours and we'll get back to you.

What the first call is like

You tell us what happened and what's landed on you. We ask questions. By the end you'll know which path your estate is likely on and what the sequence looks like — whether or not you hire us.

If it's urgent in a different way

If you're in crisis, please reach out to 988, the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, by call or text. Colorado also runs a free crisis line at 1-844-493-8255, or text TALK to 38255. Grief support is real support, and it matters more than any of the paperwork on this site.
